Dr. Pino, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the excellent service which I received today at your office. Your tip to see a jeweler about the broken frame worked out well. I went to Maurice's Jeweler in the Falls shopping center and got the frame fixed within five minutes. Please thank your assistant for the help and patience she provided today while I was trying to decide which frame to purchase. She was very knowledgable and very pleasant to speak to.
